SCHEDULE A INSTALL

Fill out our installation form to book your post install today

Posts will be installed within 48 hours of confirmation or by requested date

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled installation.

Installations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.

Liability

Anchored Post Installations is not responsible for lost or damaged signs:

  • During storage

  • While installed on posts

  • Due to weather, vandalism, or external circumstances

Anchored Post Installations is not responsible for obtaining permits or verifying signage

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SIGN INSTALLATION TERMS

Installation includes up to 120 days of post placement

Installations are completed within 48 hours of booking Monday-Friday (not including holidays)

If the post remains installed beyond 120 days, an additional $35 fee will apply and for each 120 day period thereafter

SIGN INSTALLATION OPTIONS

Realtors are responsible for installing their own sign panel.

However, if preferred:

  • Realtors may arrange sign drop off

  • Anchored Post Installations can install both the post and sign together

  • Sign storage is available free of charge

SITE PREPARTION

The Realtor is responsible for ensuring:

  • The property location is ready for installation

  • There are no underground obstructions preventing installation

  • Local bylaws permit signage

If our installer arrives and cannot complete the installation, an additional service fee will apply for a return visit.
